This large portrait refers to one of the key stories in Dali's life, his dead brother. Dali's older brother, with whom he shared a name, died nine months before the artist's birth. Dali felt he was a replacement for this dead brother and cultivated his eccentric behavior to prove that he was a different person. Much of Dali's mythology is presented in this painting. Measures 8 inches x 10 inches, including matting. Ready to frame.
