Dali and Film investigated for the first time in depth the part played by film as a key influence on Dali's art and his extensive involvement in film based projects. As one of the most notorious artists of the twentieth century, Dali's flamboyant personal style established him as a showman in the popular imagination, and cinema contributed to his understanding of the power of illusion. 237 pages with more than a hundred photographs of his paintings, set designs and films.
