Sentimental Colloquy Leggings

'Sentimental Colloquy' (1944) is a design painted by Salvador Dali, which was used in Dali's paintings and also in the backdrop for a ballet of the same name, produced by the Ballet International in 1944. The bicyclist and the piano are both frequent Dali motifs. Images of the piano and cyclists are a parody of Spanish provincial customs and the bourgeois culture of an elite public.
